It appears that the appellants have filed a suit for permanent injunction along with an application under Order 39 Rule 1 of C.P.C. The Court below by the impugned order has issued notice to the defendants and fixed 15.12.2014 and it has been observed that having regard to the facts and circumstances, the grant of ex-parte interim order would not be appropriate. It is doubtful whether the appeal lies against the said order.

Let the appellant look into the matter and produce the authorities before this Court on the next date.
