1- None is present on behalf of the petitioner even in the revised list/call.
2- From perusal of the record, it transpires that on 9.10.2006, one criminal misc. withdrawal application was moved by the petitioner requesting therein that the writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed because Rs.3.5 lacs was to be paid to Smt.Neetu Singh @ Ranjeeta Singh towards permanent maintenance, out of which Rs.2 lac has already been paid and rest amount is to be paid before the court concerned.
3- Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed in default for want of prosecution. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. Withdrawn Application No.214268 of 2006 is also allowed accordingly.
4- Copy of this order be transmitted to the court concerned to proceed in accordance with law.
