Respondents This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to quash the FIR and complaint in Cr.No.96/2017 of Bhartinagara Police Station, being investigated by the C.C.B., Police Bengaluru for the alleged offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC, on the file of the 11th A.C.M.M., Bengaluru.

O R D E R Though sufficient time was granted to petitioner to comply with office objections and cost was also imposed, office objections have not been complied with. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of petitioner.
2. This would only indicate that petitioner is not interesting in prosecuting the case.
3. Hence, petition is dismissed for default and non-prosecution.
