Heard learned counsel for petitioner and A.G.A. for State of Uttar Pradesh.
This writ petition has been filed for quashing the F.I.R. dated 28.09.2018 registered as Case Crime No. 222 of 2018, under Section 307 I.P.C., Police Station- Salempur, District- Bulandshahar.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that present F.I.R. has been lodged with a mala fide intention for the purposes of harassment. He further contended that the entire allegations made against the petitioners are false and fabricated.
After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the averments made in the petition, the prayer for quashing F.I.R. is refused.
However, it is directed that in case the petitioner appears and surrenders before the court below and applies for bail, his prayer for bail shall be considered and decided expeditiously.
In the result, the writ petition is disposed of finally.
