Heard learned counsel for parties.
The petitioner here assails an order of 11 June 2020 pursuant to which she has been called upon to vacate the official accommodation which had been allotted to her late husband. Admittedly the husband who was a government servant passed away while in service on 13 March 2019. Despite adequate time having expired, the petitioner has neither vacated the official accommodation nor has she paid the rent which was due right from April 2020. In view of the aforesaid, the challenge to the impugned order fails.
The writ petition is dismissed.
