JUDGMENT / ORDER

The wife has filed M.C.No.253/2013 on the file of the Family Court, Malappuram for maintenance. The wife has also filed OP.No.317/2013 on the file of the same court for return of gold ornaments. The husband has filed OP.No.391/2013 on the file of the Family Court, Palakkad for restitution of conjugal rights. 2. All the three cases have to be tried by one and the same court since the issues are inter- twined. It is a virtual impossibility for the wife to travel all the way from Malappuram to Palakkad for the conduct of the case. This is especially so since she has to look after two minor children born in the wed- lock. The husband is running a hotel at Cherplasseri and a transfer may only cause little hardship.
3. I therefore transfer OP.No.391/2013 from the Family Court, Palakkad to the Family Court, Malappuram. The Family Court, Malappuram shall deal with all the three cases afore-stated at its camp sitting at Perinthalmanna. Every endeavour shall be made to dispose of the cases within a period of six Tr.P (C) No.404/2013.
2 months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment.
The Transfer Petition is allowed.
