By means of the present criminal appeal, the prayer sought by the appellant is to set-aside the order dated 25.07.2019 passed on application no.268 of 2019(Rinku Vs. Ajit and others) under section 156(3) Cr.P.C., Police Station-Khair, District-Aligarh by the court of Special Judge, SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Aligarh.
I have perused the impugned order dated 25.07.2019 by which the application of the applicant filed under section 156(3) Cr.P.C. was rejected. The order impugned does not show any illegality or infirmity in the eye of law.
Accordingly, the present appeal stands dismissed.
