JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Yogendra Kumar Sangal,J.
Put up on 21.6.2010 to enable learned counsel for the petitioners to move appropriate application. Till then, the petitioners shall not be arrested in N.C.R. No.31/2010 under Section 498 I.P.C. and in Case Crime No.86/2010 under Sections 498/363/366 I.P.C., P.S. Umari Begumganj, district Gonda.
The petitioners and the girl concerned shall appear in person on 21.6.2010. The police shall ensure that no untoward incident happens and appropriate protection may be provided, if required to ensure the girl's presence in this Court.
