Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The writ court vide order dated 12.03.2018 had directed the opposite party to decide the representation of the applicant. Pursuant thereof, it is stated in the counter affidavit that the amount due to the applicant towards retiral dues has been paid, the details of payment have been averred in paragraph no. 7.
Learned counsel for the applicant does not dispute the payment but submits that deductions made therefrom is wrong and uncalled for.
In view thereof, disputed question of facts are involved which cannot be gone into in contempt jurisdiction.
The contempt petition is, accordingly, consigned to record. It will be open for the applicant to raise his grievance in appropriate proceedings before the competent forum.
Personal appearance of the officer is exempted.
