This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to expedite the pending suit under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act.
The application would not be maintainable before this Court.
The application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to prefer an appropriate application/petition before the court having jurisdiction.
