Supplementary affidavit filed today, is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Mohd. Naushad Siddiqui, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The contention of counsel for the petitioners is that despite Government Order, in favour of the petitioners, no efforts are being taken for payment of the honorarium which is to be paid to the petitioners in terms of the Government Orders dated 17.7.2001 and 06.07.2007.
Considering the fact that the claim of the petitioners is pending consideration before the respondent no. 3, the present writ petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh application before the respondent no. 3 who shall pass orders on the said application in the light of the Government Orders, referred above, within a period of three months, from the date of filing of the application.
The petition is disposed off in terms of the said order. Copy of the order downloaded from the website of Allahabad High Court shall be accepted/treated as certified copy of the order.
