The sole prayer in the petition is that the Temporary Injunction Application filed in the Suit No. 137 of 2018 (Rinku Kumar vs. Shobhnath) be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time in accordance with law.
Under such circumstances, it is being directed that the Temporary Injunction Application filed in the Suit No. 137 of 2018 (Rinku Kumar vs. Shobhnath) be decided within a period of three weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
With these observations, the petition is disposed of.
