This is an application seeking correction in the order dated 27.08.2018. The correction application is allowed.
The ninth paragraph of the order dated 27.08.2018 is substituted by the following paragraph :-
"Until ordered otherwise or till the submission of police report u/s 173 (2) Cr.P.C., the petitioner shall not be arrested pursuant to impugned F.I.R. dated 03.08.2018 registered as Case Crime No. 473 of 2018 u/s 363, 366 I.P.C. & 7/8 of POCSO Act, P.S.- Amroha Nagar, District- Amroha."
