The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed with a prayer to grant an anticipatory bail to the applicant, Rinku @ Bade Alam, in Case Crime No. 416 of 2020, under Sections- 3/7 of Essential Commodities Act, Police Station- Mughalsarai, District- Chandauli.
This is the second bail application moved by the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by a coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 17.12.2020 passed in Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application U/S 438 Cr.P.C. No. 8472 of 2020.
Learned counsel for the applicant has not stated the name of the Hon'ble Judge of this Court nor has annexed the order passed in the first bail application and has filed this application as first bail application. There is material concealment of fact in this case.
Therefore, taking a lenient view against the applicant, the application is dismissed without imposing any cost.
