JUDGMENT / ORDER

This application prays for correction in the memorandum of bail-application as also the order dated 12.3.2012.
It has been stated that the correct particulars of the applicant are 'Rinku @ Anmol' and not 'Rinku @ Amol Gupta' In view of the pleadings in the application, the applicant is directed to make correction in the memorandum of bail application. Resultant correction be also made in the said order.
The order dated 12.3.2012 shall be read in context of 'Rinku @ Anmol'.
