1. This petition has been filed by the petitioners alleging that both the petitioners are major as per the date of birth mentioned in the Aadhar-Card.
2. They have solemnized marriage through a Notarized affidavit. The petitioners to get their marriage performed at Mandir and then applied for registration of Marriage under the U.P. Registration of Marriage Rules, 2017. In case, they get their marriage duly performed as Hindu customs and law and then apply for On-line registration of the marriage.
3. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the S.H.O., P.S. Nonahara, District Ghazipur, who shall extend all help and protection to the petitioners in terms of the Government Order dated 31.08.2019.
