Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Standing Counsel.
The petitioner is before this Court for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 11.09.2018 passed in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.25118 of 2018 (Smt. Rinki v. State of U.P. & Ors.).
On the matter being taken up today, instructions dated 10.03.2019 have been filed by learned Standing Counsel intimating that the aforesaid order has been complied with.
In view of above, nothing further survives on this petition and the same stands disposed of. Notices, if any, stand discharged. The instructions are taken on record.
