By means of present writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in their peaceful matrimonial life.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners apprised to the Court that the petitioners are not present before the Court as such the present writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed with the liberty to file a fresh petition.
The writ petition is dismissed accordingly with the aforesaid liberty.
