Heard Sri Surendra Kumar learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Sanjay Ram Tripathi, learned Standing Counsel.
It is pointed out by learned Standing Counsel that the petitioner no. 2 is below 21 years and, therefore, he is not a marriageable age.
In view of the objection raised by the learned Standing Counsel, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he does not want to press the writ petition at this stage.
Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed.
