Controversy raised in this petition has already been adjudicated by a Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 25.8.2021, passed in Special Appeal (Defective) No.343 of 2021 (Abhishek Srivastava and 14 others Vs. State of U.P. and 2 others) alongwith other connected matters.
For the reasons recorded in the judgment of the Division Bench, this writ petition is also disposed of on the same terms.
