It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Government Advocate that the respondent had complied with the order dated 19.04.2017 passed in W.P.No.9449 of 2017 by passing an order dated 30.08.2017.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that liberty may be given to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 30.08.2017 in accordance with law.
3. Since the respondent had complied with the order of this Court, I do not find any reason to keep the Contempt Petition pending. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 30.08.2017 passed by the respondent in accordance with law.
