The dispute in this writ petition is regarding the licence of a saw-mill.
The petitioner is challenging the order dated 22.9.2017 passed by the State Level Committee.
The aforesaid order is appealable.
We are not inclined to enter into the merits of the case and dismisses the petition on the ground of alternative remedy.
It will be open for the petitioner to raise all grounds that may be available to him in law in appeal.
The writ petition is dismissed.
