JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ashok Bhushan, Ag.C.J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader.
2. This writ petition has been filed alleging police harassment. A prayer has been made to issue direction to the 1st respondent, Director General of Police, to ensure that the petitioner would not be subjected to police harassment by respondents 2 and 3.
3. Learned Government Pleader after obtaining instructions submitted that on a complaint submitted by the 4th respondent regarding a transaction of sale of a car, petitioner was only once summoned to the police station in August, 2014. It is submitted that thereafter the matter has been closed at the instance of police authorities and no further action has been taken in the above regard. In so far WP(C) No. 22088 of 2014 -:2:-
as the dispute regarding repair of car, it is open for the petitioner to take such steps as permissible under law.
We do not find any police harassment in the matter.
Hence the Writ Petition is dismissed.
