The petitioner is aggrieved with the non- consideration of variation, which application he has submitted in July 2014. The Regional Transport Authority had convened a meeting on August 2014, in which it was not taken up. Now, it is stated that, the meeting is convened on 28.11.2014, in which also the agenda does not disclose the above matter. 2. The learned Government Pleader submits that the variation sought for is, within the jurisdiction of Regional Transport Officer, Irinjalakkuda and the RTO Thrissur has sought for report from RTO, Irinjalakkuda, which has not been received till date.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that according to his information, the WPC.No.31132/2014 : 2 :
report has now been received by the RTA Thrissur. If such report is received, the RTA shall include the same in the agenda and shall consider it if possible on 28.11.2014 or at least in the next RTA meeting .
Writ petition is disposed of.
