JUDGMENT / ORDER

By Annexure-I order produced along with the petition, the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail on certain conditions. One of the conditions was to surrender before the Investigating Officer within 10 days. 2. The petitioners contend that they are unable to do so due to some unavoidable circumstances beyond their control. It is now contended that they are ready to surrender before CJM Court, Kalpetta and a direction may be issued to CJM Court, Kalpetta to consider the bail application to be moved by them on the date of their surrender itself keeping in view of Annexure-I order passed by the Sessions Court.
Hence, this petition is disposed of directing CJM Court, Kalpetta to consider the bail application to be moved by the petitioners on the date of their surrender within 10 days from today, keeping in view of Annexure-I order granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
