Criminal misc. time extension application no.3 of 2021 Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
By way of the instant application, the appellant- applicant has sought for extension of time to make deposition of half of the amount of fine as was directed by this Court on 24.08.2020.
Submission is that because of personal inconvenience, the half of amount of fine as was directed to be deposited by the appellant- applicant could not be deposited till date, for which he regrets. Now the appellant-applicant is ready to deposit the same, if some time is granted to him.
Considered the submissions.
Applicant is allowed two weeks' time to comply with the order dated 24.08.2020 by making deposition of half of the amount of fine.
Accordingly, the instant time extension application is allowed.
