1. Heard Sri V.K. Singh, learned Senior Advocate, assisted by Sri H.P. Sahi, Advocate, for petitioner; and, A.D. Sanuders and Sri Prashant Rai, Advocates, for respondents.
2. Petitioner is seeking a mandamus commanding respondents-3 and 4 to authorize petitioner's signature to operate Current Bank Account No. 11075911641 in State Bank of India and Saving Bank Account No. 0627101009491 in Canera Bank which relates to Bishop Johnson School and College, Allahabad.
3. In our view, apparently the dispute is within domain of private transaction and if petitioner is aggrieved by any action or inaction of Bank, remedy lies before Bank Ombudsman.
4. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy as well as being not maintainable.
