The present application has been filed by the applicant under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with the prayer to direct the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IInd, Jaunpur to decide case no. 2130 of 2018 (State Vs. Rajesh Pal and others) arising out of case crime no. 813 of 2017, under Sections 498-A, 323, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 D. P. Act, Police Station Machhali Shahar, district Jaunpur pending before him expeditiously.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA appearing for the State.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously fixing short dates if there is no other legal impediment.
Both the parties are hereby directed to co-operate the court concerned in deciding the aforesaid matter and no unnecessary adjournment shall be granted to either of the parties.
With the above observations, the application stands disposed of.
