Learned counsel for the respondents points out that the prayer for rectification cannot be granted in light of the decision rendered by the Court in Pawan Kumar And 26 Others v. State of U.P. And 2 Others [2021 (1) ADJ 85]. The attention of the Court was also drawn to the orders of the Supreme Court passed in Jyoti Yadav & Anr. Vs. The State of Uttar Pradesh & Ors. [Writ Petition (Civil) No.322 of 2021] and Rahul Kumar Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh & Others [Writ Petition(s) (Civil) No(s). 378 of 2021].
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition fails and is dismissed.
