Heard learned counsels for the parties.
By means of this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has prayed for expeditious disposal of Case No. 381 of 2014, Richa Tripathi v. Amit Tiwari, under Section 125 Cr.P.C., pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad.
Learned Additional Government Advocate does not have any objection in case direction issued for disposal of matter pending under Section 125 Cr.P.C. before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad.
In view of the above, the Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad is hereby directed to dispose of the aforesaid case within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid directions, the present 482 Cr.P.C. application is hereby disposed of.
