Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
By means of the present petition, the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad to decide the Case No.180 of 2016, under Section 125, Cr.P.C., within the time stipulated by this Court.
It has been submitted that the proceedings under Section 125, Cr.P.C. is pending since 2016.
The application is disposed of with a direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad to decide the case of the applicant expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of the order before him.
