Leave to amend the prayer clause.

Kalpana K. Raval, learned counsel for respondent No.1 Bank states that the judgment rendered in the case of Rajkot Nagarik Sahakari Bank Limited Vs. Jignesh Jayantilal Ramanuj & Anr., reported in 2011 (3) GLR 2129 has been challenged and the Special Leave Petition is pending, wherein the Hon'ble Apex Court has issued notice and has been pleased to stay the directions issued by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court. In order to enable her to place the order of the Hon'ble Apex Court on record, S.O. to 3.2.2012.
