THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 & 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, PRAYING TO DIRECT THE RESPONDENTS HEREIN AND IN PARTICULAR THE R-2 HEREIN TO ACT/PROCEED ON THE FIR NO.504/2015 AND INITIATE APPROPRIATE LEGAL PROCEEDINGS AGAINST THE ACCUSED PERSONS IN THE FIR MARKED AS ANNEXURE-D AND ETC.
THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Mr.Bharath K., learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.Vijay Kumar A.Patil, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent Nos.1 and 2.
2. The writ petition is admitted for hearing.
With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
3. In this petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondents to carry out the investigation in a expeditious manner.
4. When the matter was taken oup today, learned Additional Government Advocate submitted that after carrying out the investigation ‘C’ report has already been filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate.
5. In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the same is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to such remedy as may be available to him under law.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
