JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.03.2017 and follow the transparent procedure and publish the complete mark list as well as Merit List for all individual categories and call for the grievances of the candidates within a time frame and rectify such grievances and publish the selection list of Assistant Engineers and all other categories covered under Notification No.1/2015 dated 28.12.2015, Notification No.1/2016 dated 28.02.2016 and Notification No.2/2016 dated 29.02.2016 issued by the second respondent, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has contended to the effect that as per Notification No.1/2015 dated 28.12.2015, Notification No.1/2016 dated 28.02.2016 and Notification No.2/2016 dated 29.02.2016, examinations have been conducted for two categories and under the said circumstances the petitioner has given a representation dated 14.03.2017 and the respondents 1 and 2 have not considered the same and therefore the present writ petition has been filed.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has contended to the effect that the result of Assistant Engineer has been published and the result of some other category has not yet been published.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has contended to the effect that even in respect of the results announced, key answers have not been published and further it is seen from the records that the entire reliefs sought in the writ petition are covered in the representation dated 14.03.2017. Under the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.
5.In fine, this writ petition is allowed in part without costs and the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to look into the representation dated 14.03.2017 and dispose of the same within a period of two weeks. The respondents 1 and 2 are also directed to publish key answers in respect of the examinations conducted in the categories of Assistant Engineers and Technical Categories. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
