This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 21.06.2016, the same was directed to be posted before Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench and also directed to send a report after mediation.
3. The matter was taken up for hearing on 23.08.2016 before mediation and the matter has been settled on the following terms: ?A) On Mediation both parties have agreed to a peaceful settlement for reunion.
B) As such, the defacto-complainant (the wife namely K.Karthigaiveni) will withdraw the complaint made against her husband/petitioner(Crime No.Not Known)filed in the AWPS, Ottanchathiram, Dindigul District. C) The Petitioner (Husband) also agreed to withdraw the HMOP.41/2016 filed before the Family Court, Dindigul for divorce and the direction Petition (OP.9492/16) filed before the Hon'ble High Court. D) The Petitioner agrees to take his wife and daughter to his working place Mangalore with in six months.
E) There shall be no further demand or claim from each other.?
4. The Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, has sent a Mediation Agreement Report to that effect.
5. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
