The review petitioner wants to get himself relieved of his duties as a Joint Receiver appointed by this Court. It is open to the review petitioner to make such motion before the court where the suit is pending. The court of the Subordinate Judge of Cherthala is at liberty to appoint another suitable person in the place of the review petitioner if the circumstances so warrant.

There is however no error apparent on the face of the record. The review petition is dismissed.
