JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings dated 11.11.2013 in NM.No.04/2010-2011 of the 4th respondent and the orders of the 1st respondent dated 10.01.2013 in CMA (Co-operative Societies) No.1 of 2012 on the file of the Tribunal for Co-operative Cases (Principal District Judge), Krishnagiri confirming the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 19.02.2010 in surcharge proceedings No.1 of 2008.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Society placed a letter dated 16.09.2017 addressing him sent by the Society, informing that the petitioner has settled the entire surcharge amount to the society and therefore nothing requires for adjudication in the writ petition, so far as the petitioner is concerned.
3. Recording the statement of the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent Society, the Writ Petition is disposed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
