JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to give necessary permission for conducting procession in the event of Sri Ram Navami in the place mentioned therein, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus.
2.Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents.
3.It is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the permission sought by the petitioner has already been rejected. Therefore, the relief sought in the writ petition has become infructuous.
4.In fine, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
