1. Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner; Sri Krishan Kant Singh, learned counsel appearing for the Gaon Sabha and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
2. Solitary grievance of the petitioner appears to be that his recall application being Case No. 1160 of 2015 (Sri Mahesh Chandra & 14 Ors. Vs. Dalvir Singh & 99 Ors.), filed under Section 198(4) of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, before respondent no.2-Additional District Magistrate (Administration), District-Etah, has remained pending since 2018.
3. Without entering into the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2-Additional District Magistrate (Administration), District-Etah, to decide the aforesaid case, as expeditiously as possible, strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment provided that the petitioner does not seek any adjournment during that period and cooperate in the proceedings.
