The prayer in this review petition is to review and recall the judgment delivered by this Court on 27.11.2013 in O.P.(C) No.3846 of 2013. The review is sought relying on the decision of the Apex Court in Jacky v. Tiny @ Antony and Others (AIR 2014 SC 1615). The explanation to Order XLVII rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure stipulates that a subsequent decision is not a ground for review. In such circumstances, the remedy of the petitioner is to move the Apex Court canvassing the correctness of the impugned judgment. The review petition fails and is accordingly dismissed.
