The review has been filed by the Bank only to correct certain mistakes in the submission made by the respondent herein, with respect to his status regarding the loan. The respondent had submitted that the vehicle, the permit of which, was in the name of his father had devolved on him on the death of his father and that was the reason for approaching this Court to settle the loan in instalments. In fact is is revealed now from the statement of the Bank that it was not the father, who availed the loan, but the respondent himself. In such circumstance, the facts recorded in the judgment would stand corrected to that extent.
The Review Petition is disposed of.
