JUDGMENT / ORDER

This petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P. No. of 2016 from the file of the Subordinate Court, Krishnagiri and transfer the same to the file of the Sub Court, Perundurai.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection to transfer the H.M.O.P.No.42 of 2016 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Krishnagiri to the file of Sub Court, Perundurai and prayed for early disposal and made an endorsement to that effect.
4. In view of the submission and endorsement so made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.42 of 2016 pending on the file of Subordinate Court, Krishnagiri, is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the file of Sub Court, Perundurai. The Subordinate Court, Krishnagiri is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.42 of 2016 to the file of Subordinate Court, Perundurai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the records, the learned Judge, Sub Court, Perundurai, is directed to dispose of the case, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of six months from the date of this order.
5. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
