JUDGMENT / ORDER

The present application has been filed by the applicants for restoration of main matter being First Appeal No.1234 of 2007, which is dismissed for default vide order dated 22.03.2012 on the ground that no action has been taken to serve the unserved respondents.
In view of the facts and circumstances, the present application is allowed. The prayer in terms of paragraph No.5(A) is granted. The main matter being First Appeal No.1234 of 2007 is ordered to be restored on file. First Appeal to come up on 17th April 2012 for final hearing.
