JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel for the respondents/landlord submitted that he will not claim the difference of amount between the agreed rent and fair rent and made an endorsement to that effect.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has agreed for that and vacated the premises and handed over the petition property to the respondent. Also there is no arrears as on date. Hence he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition and made and endorsement to that effect.
3.Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
