1. The present petitions were admitted by order dated 22.2.2002 and were in fact ordered to be heard with Special Civil Application Nos. 1681 of 2002 and 1682 of 2002. By further order dated 5.12.2005 these petitions were ordered to be placed along with Special Civil Application Nos. 2930 of 2001, 1681 of 2001 and 1682 of 2001 as in all the four petitions identical prayers are prayed for and the contentions are also similar.
2. It is pointed out by Mr. P.P.Majmudar, learned Counsel appearing for petitioner in Special Civil Application No. 2743 of 2002 and Mr. Pathak, learned Counsel appearing for petitioners in Special Civil Application No. 3930 of 2002 that the other two cognate matters being Special Civil Application Nos. 1681 of 2002 and Special Civil Application No. 1682 of 2002 are allowed by judgment and order dated 25.4.2011 passed by this Court (Coram : H.K.Rathod, J [as he then was]). Ms. Maithili Mehta, learned Assistant Government Pleader to verify the said facts. Hence both these matters are kept for orders on 2.4.2012.
