JUDGMENT / ORDER

Matter was placed before this Court on 03.07.2012. On 03.07.2012, Mr. Rachh, was not present in the first round and therefore, the matter was adjourned today i.e. on 05.07.2012.
Today when the matter was called out in the first round, Mr. Rachh, learned advocate for the petitioner had chosen not to remain present. The matter was adjourned on the standing instruction that the matter will be argued. Now, Mr. Rachh, learned advocate requests for time to file rejoinder. This is nothing but delaying tactics. Hence, the matter stands dismissed for default. Notice is discharged.
