Bharda, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to file appropriate representation before the competent authority. Permission as prayed for is granted. If any representation is preferred by the petitioner, the same shall be considered by the respondents in accordance with law. Petition stands disposed of as having been withdrawn without entering into the merits of the matter and therefore the concerned authority shall not be influenced by the order of this Court. Notice is discharged. Interim relief, if any, stands vacated.
