(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) It appears that other parties to the proceedings have preferred First Appeal No.958/12 with Civil Application No.3958/12, wherein the interim relief has been granted qua the land bearing survey no.244. Whereas other First Appeal No.967/12 is also preferred in which the interim relief has been granted qua survey nos.837, 363 and 897.
As the issues to be decided are interconnected, both the sides shall maintain status quo qua title and possession of the suit property.
Office to place the present First Appeal No.1129/12 with First Appeal No.967/12 and First Appeal No.958/12. Accordingly, the ad interim relief granted earlier is confirmed.
Application disposed of accordingly.
