Advocate T.M.Raman Kartha who appears for the respondents submits on instructions that Exhibit P13 was issued on the basis of an erroneous report. On realising the mistake, both the report as well as Exhibit P13 have been revoked. Thereafter, as per Proceedings No.829/2014 dated 21.03.2014, a copy of which has been handed over to me across the Bar, the Joint Registrar has found that the petitioner's appointment is in order. The above submissions are recorded. In view of the above, no further directions are necessary to be issued in this writ petition. The same is therefore disposed of in terms of the submissions made by the counsel for the respondents.
