JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioners apprehend that a waiting shed for bus passengers would be constructed by the 2nd respondent in front of the petitioners' shop rooms. According to the petitioners, earlier there was a waiting shed which had been shifted from the said place. On coming to know of the proposal, the petitioners have submitted Ext.P6 representation, which is pending before the 2nd respondent. The petitioners apprehend that a decision in the matter would be taken without considering the objections set out in Ext.P6. They seek the issue of appropriate directions to consider their objections.
2. In view of the above limited relief sought for, I do not consider it necessary to issue notice to respondents 2 and 3. The learned Government Pleader appears for the 1st respondent.
In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the objections of the petitioners set out in Ext.P6 representation in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders thereon, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioners also, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate before any decision is taken to locate a waiting shed or other structure in front of the petitioners' shop rooms.
